1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zy999 ("zy999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zy999 website located at zy999.app, including all casino games, sports betting services, payment features, and any other functionality made available through the Platform.

By accessing zy999.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. It is your sole and personal responsibility to ensure that your use of zy999 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. zy999 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. 4. Single Account. Each individual may hold only one account on zy999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3. Account Registration & KYC

2. KYC Verification. zy999 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. Currency. All transactions on zy999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by zy999; however, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rates or fees independently of zy999.
2. Accepted Payment Methods. zy999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa Debit, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. zy999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
3. Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set and displayed at the point of transaction. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change. zy999 will provide prior notice of any material changes to minimum amounts where practicable.

5. Withdrawal Processing. 6. Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login or transactional activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant. zy999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. 1. Bonus Terms. 3. Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on zy999. 4. Sports Betting. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on zy999.app — including but not limited to the zy999 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game content, and software — is the property of zy999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any zy999 content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zy999 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, technical errors, or any indirect or consequential loss. zy999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zy999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions arising from maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Privacy

Your use of zy999 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how zy999 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, including data submitted during KYC verification.

12. Amendments

zy999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits zy999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

zy999 does not represent that its services are legal in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users use the Platform at their own risk and in full personal acceptance of applicable local laws.
